Jess Quarello and Taryn Lagonigro founded the ELM brand in May 2021 to create an inclusive space in the disability community. While they are both moms to children with Down syndrome, they wanted their brand to celebrate, advocate for and nurture all disabilities. After starting as a simple blog, Jess and Taryn have grown ELM to be the largest inclusive space in the disability community. They have partnered with huge brands and non-profits, grown an engaged community and been featured on national networks including NBC, CBS and more. ELM has expanded to include many programs, including our robust speaking engagement offerings for corporations, hospitals and other large organizations. Jess and Taryn believe it is their diverse background in business management, marketing, social media and design that has helped ELM stand out, and they are committed to helping individuals and small and large businesses do the same.
