September 30th is Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Day! For all Extra Lucky Community members, Jess Fabre and her daughter Sophie share an incredible resource. Jessica Fabre knew something wasn't right. Her daughter Sophie's symptoms were not improving, and the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. Sophie endured many unnecessary tests and even treatments due to the lack of knowledge of her exact diagnosis, Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. Jessica put together this incredible flow chart as a resource to the community. She hopes this chart will help others avoid unnecessary tests and to ultimately aid in diagnosing Limb-Girdle.
